In this third episode I talk to social media coach Kam-Mei Chak, who works with small business owners who are introverts.
Social media is an always on, very visible marketing tactic. But what do you do if you don’t want to be highly visible or “get out there”? In our conversation we talked about how introverts can make social media work for them. We find the ways and features that work for you and how to avoid the comparison trap. We also talked about addressing our limiting self-beliefs and whether we use introversion as an excuse.
And we addressed the big question “do I need to be on social media every day?” and how to protect your energy if you do.
