Rebranding your small business and revealing your team personalities with Kate Curry

This week’s guest is the first time I’ve spoken to an extrovert on the podcast!

Kate Curry is the Founder and Creative Director of Cudos Creative. She recently undertook a personality profiling exercise in her team. As an extrovert herself, she has learnt a lot about her personality style and that of her introverted team members. She shares what she’s learnt about how to ensure everyone is working at their best.

As a branding expert, Kate undertook the rebranding of her own business last year and she talks openly about the challenges and the benefits. From how she needed to feel about the new name and standing in her clients’ shoes to sharing the joy in their beautiful studio, she lifts the lid on the process.

Find Kate at www.cudoscreative.co.uk or www.linkedin.com/in/kate-curry-cudos/

She recommended The E-myth revisited by Michael E Gerber, Built to Sell by John Warrilow and The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson and John David Mann. Find them on the Marketing for Introverts reading list

The book “Marketing for Introverts, How to love it, plan it and do it so you can quietly (and successfully) promote your business in a noisy world” is available to buy on Amazon
